Information
The First Congregational Church of Dunbarton was
founded in 1789. Our present church building was built in 1836 and is
located in the center of the town. Its large sanctuary and balcony can
hold up to 200 people, and a pipe organ graces one corner of the front of
the sanctuary. The parish hall is located next to the church. It contains
a kitchen and office for the pastor as well as facilities for Church
School, church meetings and child care during the worship service.

Our Church Family
The 120 members of our congregation tend to be
theologically moderate to liberal, and we take pride in being open and
welcoming to people from diverse backgrounds. Our members form a
dedicated and willing nucleus that is committed to the growth of this
church. All are welcome to join us for worship.
